Hi, I’m Irina — marketing strategist, ICF-certified coach, Chevening Scholar, and founder of GemsLaunch.
Before building marketing systems for coaches, I helped clients secure over $5M in scholarships from institutions including Harvard, MIT, and King’s College London. That experience taught me how to craft messaging that gets people to say yes to high-ticket decisions.
After 500+ coaching sessions, I realized that scaling isn’t about creating more content. It’s about building a system that attracts, nurtures, and converts clients without depending on your constant presence.
